- Shipping Fees:
We aim to make your gifting experience as pleasant as possible, and that includes transparent shipping fees.- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹800!
- Below ₹800: For orders under ₹800, a nominal shipping fee of ₹59 will be applied to cover delivery costs.
- When is my order shipped?
We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially when it comes to gifts. Rest assured, we carefully process every order to ensure it arrives as close as possible to the delivery date shown on the product page. Our shipping schedule is designed to meet the timeframe as accurately as possible. In general, we deliver our orders within 5-7 business days in India. Remote locations may require longer delivery times, and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders to remote pin codes. - Which courier company do you use for shipping?

- How do I track the status of my orders?
Keeping track of your gift’s journey is easy! Once your order has been shipped, we will promptly share the following details with you via email and SMS:- Tracking ID: A unique code to monitor your parcel’s progress.
- Courier Company Name: The name of the delivery partner handling your shipment.
You can easily track your order by visiting the respective courier company’s website and entering your tracking ID.
- Is the order delivered on the exact day shown on the product page?
We strive to meet your delivery expectations with the utmost accuracy.- Standard Shipping: For orders with standard shipping, handled by our trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees, we achieve delivery on the exact desired date approximately 92% of the time. In about 6% of cases, deliveries may occur slightly before the delivery date shown on the product page.
- Unforeseen Delays: While infrequent (around 2% of cases), occasional unforeseen delays may arise due to operational challenges, local festivals, or natural disturbances. These situations are beyond the control of our courier partners and ourselves. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances, and our team will always do its best to ensure timely delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be provided for delays caused by these external factors.
- My parcel is marked as delivered, but it hasn’t been received. What can I do?
This is a very unusual occurrence (less than 2 in about 200 orders), but we understand the concern it can cause. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:- Check Nearby: Kindly check with your building’s security guard, office, or any other potential location where the delivery executive might have left the parcel.
- Contact Us Immediately: If you are unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered by the courier company. Unfortunately, courier companies do not accept such requests after this timeframe, and we will be unable to raise a complaint with them after 2 days.
Returns & Replacements
At Ribbon And Gifts, we take immense pride in the quality of our carefully packed gift items, ensuring your loved ones receive them in perfect condition. While we are confident in the delight our products will bring, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
Your product is eligible for a replacement in the following cases:
- Broken/Damaged Product: If the gift arrives in a broken or damaged condition.
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
How to Request a Replacement:
In the unlikely event that you receive a broken/damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. You can initiate a replacement request by:

Make an unboxing video before opening the parcel. To raise a damaged, defective, or wrong product claim, it is mandatory to share the unboxing video over email/WhatsApp with the order ID, without which we will not be able to initiate a replacement.
Missing Items
If one or more items are missing from your order, please raise a complaint with us within 2 days of the delivery date with your order ID and unboxing video. You can report the missing items by:

Undelivered and Returned Orders
It is rare for an order to be undelivered and returned to us (less than 2 in 200 orders). This typically happens when both the recipient and sender are unavailable for delivery. In such cases, we offer the following options:
- Reshipment: We can reship the parcel once it is returned to us. Please note that two-way shipping charges will be applicable for the reshipment.
- Partial Refund: Once the parcel is returned to us, we can process a refund after deducting the original shipping charges and the cost of any items that were personalized or cannot be reused, and you will receive your refund within 3-7 business days, depending on your chosen payment method during checkout.
