1How do I place an order?

You can browse our collection on www.ribbonandgifts.in, select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping details and payment information.

2What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and other popular payment methods available in India. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.

3Are prices on the website final?

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees may apply depending on your order value and a platform fee of Rs.11.

4What are your shipping charges?

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹800. • ₹59 shipping fee for orders below ₹800.

5Which courier partners do you use?

We partner with leading courier companies including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and others depending on your location and order details.

6How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with: • Tracking ID. • Courier company name. You can track your order on the respective courier company’s website using this ID.

7What if my order is delayed?

While we achieve on-time delivery 92% of the time, occasional delays (about 2% of orders) may occur due to operational challenges, local festivals, or natural disturbances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

8Can I cancel my order?

• Personalized gifts: Cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. • Non-personalized gifts: Can only be cancelled before packed for shipping. • If cancellation is possible, a 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted from your refund.

9What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds but will replace your gift if: • The product arrives broken/damaged. • You receive the wrong item. You must notify us within 2 days of delivery with order id and unboxing video of the issue.

10What if my parcel is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?

Check with neighbors/security first, then contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We cannot raise complaints with couriers after this timeframe.

11Are product images accurate?

We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability.

12What if I receive a damaged/wrong product?

Contact us immediately (within 2 days) at support@ribbonandgifts.in or WhatsApp +91 8276070710 with order details and photos for replacement.
