Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Here’s our policy regarding cancellations:

Personalized Gifts: Please note that no cancellations are possible for personalized gifts under any circumstances. These gifts are uniquely created for you, and the process begins as soon as your order is placed.
Non-Personalized Gifts: For non-personalized gifts, cancellations are not possible once the gift has been dispatched or packed for shipping. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Cancellation Charges (If Applicable): If a cancellation is possible after considering the conditions mentioned above, a 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This is a non-refundable charge that we incur regardless of whether the order is completed or cancelled. The remaining amount will be processed for a refund, and you will receive your refund within 3-7 business days, depending on your chosen payment method during checkout.

We do not offer refunds for any reason. We will gladly replace your gift if there is an issue with damage or if you received the wrong item.

Is a refund provided in case of delayed delivery?

We strive to meet your delivery expectations with the utmost accuracy.

Standard Shipping: For orders with standard shipping, handled by our trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees, we achieve delivery on the exact desired date approximately 92% of the time. In about 6% of cases, deliveries may occur slightly before the estimated delivery date.
Unforeseen Delays: While infrequent (around 2% of cases), occasional unforeseen delays may arise due to operational challenges, local festivals, or natural disturbances. These situations are beyond the control of our courier partners and ourselves. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances, and our team will always do its best to ensure timely delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be provided for delays caused by these external factors.
