5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information regarding shipping fees, processing times, and delivery schedules. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to operational challenges, local festivals, or natural disturbances, which are beyond our control. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by these external factors.

7. Returns and Replacements

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on eligibility for replacements in case of broken/damaged or wrong products. We do not offer refunds for any other reasons.

8. Cancellations

Please refer to our Shipping & Cancellation Policy for information on order cancellations. Cancellations are not possible for personalized gifts. For non-personalized gifts, cancellations are not possible once the gift has been dispatched or packed for shipping. If a cancellation is possible, a 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.  

10. User-Generated Content
